With over a decade of experience in the helping profession, I am committed to creating a compassionate and collaborative space where healing and growth can take place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-7 wp-block-paragraph\">I provide personalized, trauma-informed therapy for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, complex trauma, grief, relationship challenges, LGBTQ2+ concerns, and work-related stress. I also have extensive experience supporting refugees and newcomers, helping them overcome past traumas and navigate the emotional impact of displacement, identity transitions, and acculturation stress as they build a sense of safety and belonging in their new environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-8 wp-block-paragraph\">My approach integrates EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also hold specialized certifications in ADHD treatment, EMDR training, and clinical supervision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-9 wp-block-paragraph\">Fluent in Kurdish, Persian, and English, I bring a deep respect for cultural diversity and strive to honor each client\u2019s unique background and story.
