With over 25 years of experience in the mental health care field, I am dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment for healing, growth, and self-discovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gtfy-3 wp-block-paragraph\">My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients manage emotions, build resilience, and restore balance. I work with individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, anger management, addiction, and LGBTQ2+ concerns. I also have extensive experience supporting refugees and newcomers adjusting to life in Canada, addressing issues of displacement, identity, and acculturation stress. Fluent in Farsi and Kurdish, I provide culturally sensitive and inclusive care that honors each client\u2019s unique story and background.
